10 Effective ways to Lose 7 Pounds in 7 days!


One of the most trending questions nowadays- “how to shape my diet plan so that I remain in shape?” people are becoming health conscious nowadays. What they eat, how much proportion they need to eat, no fats etc. well, losing weight, isn’t a one-size-fits-all proposition. A diet which suits to one may backfire on another. 1. Exercise

Exercise daily. Practice yoga. Give at least 1 hour to your exercise. Diet plan alone cannot do a miracle. Diet + exercise gives the desired result you want. Do jogging. Cardio exercises are also very helpful as they increase blood circulation and blood flow throughout the body.

If you give 15-20 minutes to cardio, it maintains 60-80% of your maximum heart rate. You can also go for options like dancing, aerobics, and Zumba, anything you like. But just make sure that you need to shake your body up.

2. Count calories

Watching your calorie intake is of prime importance, especially when you are trying to lose weight. The secret to weight loss lies in the calories you consume. It is advised to consume fewer calories than you burn. 1 pound of fat is equivalent to 3500 calories.

So, you need to burn more than 3500 calories you take in with food. Well, this does not mean that you go into starvation mode. Keep a food journal to count your calorie consumption and maintain your intake to about 1200 to 1600 calories daily. Go along with the journal.

3. Have breakfast

Breakfast is the most important meals of the day. If you think skipping breakfast will help you to cut calories, then it is not at all a great option. Start your day with a healthy and nutritious breakfast. Include a bowl of oatmeal or whole grains cereal with a topping of fruits like apples or low-fat dairy. Avoid heavy and oily foods for breakfast.

4. Take lean proteins

Including lean proteins in your diet, keeps you away from overeating by keeping you full for longer. You can try lean beef, eggs and fish like salmon. For vegetarians, soy products like tofu, low-fat yogurt, nuts, and beans are a great source of lean proteins. It is advisable to have frequent meals at an interval of 3 to 4 hours. this maintains your blood sugar levels.

5. Avoid late night snacks

We all have the habit of eating snacks late night while watching television or late night working. In this, we don’t realize that how much extra calorie we take in and load our bodies with unnecessary calories. So, to control this, it is advisable to have your dinner before 9 at night. You can have a bowl of light ice cream or frozen yogurt. As a dessert, if you wish. Then, just brush your teeth. This will avoid you from eating or drink anything else.

6. Hydration

Drinking plenty of water is one of the best ways to keep yourself hydrated. Drink at least 8 glasses of water in a day. This keeps toxins out from your body. Moreover, water keeps you full such that you are less likely to overeat. To control your weight or to lose weight, it is important to control the intake of liquid calories. All the processed fruit juices, energy drinks, and aerated drinks, appear tempting, but the impact they have on your body can’t be taken. These drinks load your body with about a third of your entire calories for the day.

So, instead of drinking these drinks, quench your thirst with water or fresh citrus juices or fruit juices. You can also opt for vegetable juices to satisfy your hunger in between meals. Avoid Alcohol. It is advisable to restrict yourself from the intake of wine or cocktails during weekends in order to save calories.
