Either it is Chicken, turkey or Fish, Lean meats are a good source of protein and have fewer calories than non-lean meats.
5. Eating Veggies isn’t that hard!
Veggies are naturally low in calories and full of vitamins and essential micronutrients! Eat them raw, cut them, chop them or slice them as the salad, sprinkle salt, toss with olive oil or eat in the way you like to but eat them.
6. Feel like cheating?
If we look at the statistics, you, yes you, won’t be able to stick to the diet for long. Discipline is hard, I mean really hard! So it’s OK to indulge occasionally, in the long run. Eat your favorite donuts or chocolate cakes or whatever you want but in moderation, it will be like rewarding yourself for keeping up with your diet schedule and give you enough motivation to continue the diet!
