1. Down Dog Split, Knee-to Nose-Repetitions
Get in a down dog Yoga Pose, then inhale your right leg high, slowly opening the hip. Now, with an exhale, start to round your right knee towards your nose, drawing your navel toward your spine slowly. Then, inhale your leg back to down dog split.
Repeat thus 10 times with both legs.

2. Plank with Arm-Leg Lift
Again get into your down dog position (Yoga Pose), then roll out into the plank with your shoulders and wrists lined up, slowly, lengthening from the crown of your head through your heels. Extend your right arm forward, lifting your left foot off the ground. Take three deep breaths, then repeat with your left arm and right foot.
Do at least 5 to 10 reps on each side.

3. Dolphin Push-ups
Lie down on your mat in a flat position, your chest touching the mat. Now, place your forearms on the ground shoulder-distance apart. Tuck your toes and lift your hips up slowly. Now, start to lower your chin towards your thumbs on an inhale, which is almost near a forearm plank but not quite as your feet are too close to your elbows for that. Exhale and lift back to dolphin, raising your hips back toward the ceiling.
Perform 20 reps of this.

4. Forearm Stand Pose
From your dolphin pose, now walk your feet towards your elbows and lift one leg towards the ceiling. Start to rock forward and slowly lift both legs off the ground. It won’t happen in the first go, do this against the wall and when you get in the habit then try without any help. So, coming back to forearm stand, start slowly lifting your legs up.
Try to stay in this pose for 5 deep breaths and relax for 5 min when you get back to your normal position.

5. Wheel Pose
Lie down on your mat with your back straightened. Bent your knees, feet on the ground and hip-distance apart. Now, bend your elbows, placing your hands on either side of your head shoulder-distance apart with fingers pointing towards your shoulders. Applying equal pressure into your feet and hands, lift your hips up and lengthen your arms. Keep pressing into your feet and reaching your chest away from your feet. Stay here for 5 deep breaths. Remember to tuck your chin to your chest before you slowly come down. Go slowly to pose and come back slowly from the pose.
This wheel pose is great for toning your thighs and boosting up your metabolism. It targets the fat around your hips and tummy.

6. High Lunge Twist Repetitions
With your right foot forward, slowly inhale to straighten your legs and lift your arms high. When you exhale, come back down to high lunge, reaching your left arm forward and with your right arm back. Again, inhale back to center.
Do 10 to 20 reps of this and then repeat on the opposite side.

7. Revolved Half Moon
Balancing yourself, start from your plank with leg lift, with your right leg on the ground and your left fingertips on the ground, lift your right arm toward the ceiling and look up at your fingertips.
Stay in this pose for 5 deep breaths, and then repeat on the left side.

8. Chair Pose
Stand straight on your yoga mat relaxing your nerves, then sink your hips and reach your arms high. Look in front of your knees, make sure you are able to see your toes. If you can’t, then sit back until you can. Remember to drop your shoulders away from your ears.
Breathe for 5 long, deep breaths.

9. Crow Pose
Starting from a forward fold, plant your palms shoulder-distance apart on the yoga mat. Pressing your fingertips, look slightly forward, and then take your knees slowly into the back of your upper arms, aiming for your armpits, though your knees will most likely slide down. Bending your elbows and, one at a time, lift your feet off the ground, reaching your heels toward your butt.
Use a block under your forehead in your initial stages to be safe from falling. Breathe here for 5 deep breaths.

10. Tip Toe Pose
With your arms straight and keeping your toes and knees together, rise up on the toes of your feet and squat, lowering your butt to hover just about your heels. One at a time, try to take your hands together in a namaskar pose at the center of your chest and stay here for 5 deep breaths.
