**NOTE:- I want to warn that 2nd & 3rd day will go to be the most difficult in this diet plan for you, from both aspects mentally and physically.

Firstly, you have to make up your mind for eating fruits and vegetables for a whole week. You have to remember all the time why you are doing this (to lose weight), so you can inspire yourself and stay on this plan, otherwise, it would not be possible for you to follow it.

Last but Not Least, you have to avoid every food and make sure that their craving doesn’t get to you (this one is directly related to the first aspect and will measure your self-control and willpower). GM Diet Plan Day 1

This day is full of fruits and fruits and fruits. You have to eat only fruits (it will be not that bad), not even raw or boiled vegetables (let alone any other food). Suggested fruits are – watermelons, apples, melons, limes, oranges, pomegranates and strawberries, but you can eat other fruits too.

 Fruits to avoid – bananas, mangoes, and grapes.

It does not mean that you can’t eat any fruit other than suggested above. You just have to avoid bananas, mangoes, and grapes (suggested).  You can eat anything which is called “fruit”.

Water: – You have to drink at least 8 glass water in the whole day and you can drink up to 12 glasses or more. The more water, the better. Everyone knows that water flush out toxins from the body. If you did not drink water in needed quantity (8 to 12 glasses), then this whole regime will not work out for you and you can get sick. Water makes up to 71% of the human body so it should be taken care that your body is completely re-hydrate.


GM Diet Plan Day 2

Happy vegetable day to you too, now you must be thinking why I am wishing you like a mad person, but that’s what this day is all about “veggies” (ha-ha). You have passed to eat anything that is considered “vegetables” and nothing other than that, not even any fruits or its juice. It depends on you in which way you want to eat your vegetables, it can be raw, cooked or boiled. Just don’t eat butter or oil cooked vegetables. You can add salt, pepper, oregano or basil seasoning for a bit flavor (totally depends on you).

You can eat only 1 potato in the whole day, it will be best to eat boiled potato in the morning so that there will be enough time for carbohydrates to be burnt in the whole day (suggested).

Some Vegetable Suggestions: beans, carrot, broccoli, cucumber, ridge gourd, lettuce, and boiled cabbage. You can eat other veggies too.

Water: – 8 to 12 glass is perfect for you.

You may have to go to the toilet more times in the whole day as compared to other days because your whole digestive system going to get clean and undergo a big change. But hey!!! No need to worry about this at all (it is perfectly normal).

**Note: – This day will make you feel a bit low or tired, but you have to overcome this moment of weakness because other 5 days are not hard as first and second days but they are also not a piece of cake that you can eat. Good news is if you have crossed this day without disturbing regime then you can definitely complete your 7 days GM diet plan. Just keep up your moral high and it will help you tremendously. **


GM Diet Plan Day 3

Now you may feel that is the best day so far because it is a vegetable + fruits day. You can eat any fruits and vegetables of your own choice. Think of this day as the mixture of first two days because every single thing stays same as of day 1 & 2.

One more thing that you have to keep in mind which is- you have to take both fruits and veggies, you can’t avoid any one of them (Both are necessary).

Fruits & Veggies to be avoided: Bananas, mangoes, grapes and potatoes ( this vegetable should be avoided especially, there is no need of extra carbohydrates for you). These are all the same fruits and vegetables that should be avoided at all cost.

You can make combination as per your ease. I am talking about fruits and veggies combination here.

For e.g.You can eat fruit at morning, then veggies at afternoon and coordinating ahead or taking fruits and veggies together or making different combo as per your own convenience.

Water:- Water consumption will stay same (8 to 12 glasses). You should keep in mind that you will not drink 2 or more glass of water at a time and there should be an equal gap between every glass of water, like 1 glass in 1 hour.


GM Diet Plan Day 4

This day is all about bananas and milk. In the course of the day, you have to eat only 8 to 10 bananas and have to drink 3 glasses of milk. You have to divide them very carefully and cleverly because if you don’t then you may feel hungry and that is not a good sign for you and for your losing weight regime.

You can take 1 banana and a glass of milk at breakfast, then 2 bananas before lunch or whenever you feel hungry, then again 2 bananas and 1 glass of milk at lunch and coordinating ahead further. This is the most balanced division.

You can change it as per your own need, but be careful.

You may have doubt that this will not be adequate for you, but if you eat it in a balanced way then you don’t have to worry.

If you feel hungry then you can drink 1 glass of water, this will kill your starving for a time. You have to plan your meal beforehand and in a balanced way for this day to be a success.

You may also be thinking that banana increases weight and you are right on this, but bananas will not increase your weight in this regime because of their placement and will provide adequate potassium and sodium.

Water:- Don’t forget to drink 8 to 12 glass water in the whole day.


GM Diet Plan Day 5

This is going to be your best day, know why? Because it’s a small feast day, especially for you. You can’t eat anything of your choice, but you will be happy to know that you can eat brown rice, tomatoes, sprouts, tofu, and soy chunks (optional). You can have a cup of brown rice in lunch only, you can’t take it any other time because rice is a bit heavy food and it is always best to eat it at lunch time.

You must have 6 to 8 tomatoes in the whole day because they are the great source of fibers, which is essential for completely digesting the food you have eaten (so they are must).

You can make a soup of tomatoes, sprouts and soya chunks (optional) and have it between meals. You can make this soup as much time as you want, just keep in mind the total number of tomatoes you have to eat in 24 hrs.

You can make a meal chart of this day to avoid mistakes or complications.

Water:- You have to drink more water on this day because there will be more production of uric acid in your body and water will flush this out of your system as well as again purifying for your whole digestive system. You have to drink at least 12 glasses of water in this day.


GM Diet Plan Day 6

This day is also the “feast day”. You can eat brown rice, cucumber, tofu, sprouts, etc; these are all the same of the previous day except for tomatoes. You have to avoid eating tomatoes on this day.

Brown rice should be eaten at lunchtime or at afternoon only (not any other time). And you have to eat veggies all day, they will provide essential nutrients to the body including fibers.

Water:- You can again drink minimum 8 glasses of water in a day.

This day will make you happier than any of those previous days in this diet plan because you will now be feeling as if you are on the 7th cloud and will be light as a feather. You will also be able to see the changes in your body and the weight you have shed till now.


GM Diet Plan Day 7

This is going to be your last day of this GM diet plan. You will again feel lighter and good at this day. You are allowed to eat a cup of brown rice, veggies of your own like (it can be any vegetable including potatoes) and last but definitely not the least, fruit juice (it can be any fruit). Fruit juice is included because juice can flush off the veggies you have eaten.

Water:- Don’t forget to drink 8 to 12 glasses of water in a day.


Points to be kept in mind at the time of following this GM diet plan:-

  • You need will power and mental strength to complete this whole regime.
  • Fruit juice is not allowed in the first 6 days.
  • Tea, coffee, and alcohol should be avoided at all cost and if you can’t then no need to even try this regime because it will not deliver any result.
  • Black tea, black coffee, and lime juice can be used as alternatives but these should be without any sugar.
  • You can repeat this diet plan, but there should be a gap of 2 or 3 days between them.
  • If you want to lose up to 8 Pounds in 7 days then 45 minutes exercise is recommended, but it is not compulsory for those who want to shed 3 or 4 Pounds.


I don’t think GM Diet Plan was that hard, was it? Actually to speak honestly it was hard for anyone and everyone who haven’t tried dieting earlier. For e.g., eating only fruits and veggies, drinking lots of water, avoiding craving for favorite food.

But tell me one thing, what is not hard in this world? Only difference is some things are more hard and difficult while others are less, but world is still moving right!!!! You just have to make hard things easy and that is only possible when you have strong mindset and eyes on your goals.
